2. Services Provided Go Fur Real Nutrition offers the following services:

• Customised diet plans for pets, designed by certified Clinical Pet Nutritionist.
• Educational courses on pet nutrition.

• All content provided on this Website, including but not limited to diet plans and courses, is intended for informational, Preventive, supportive and to some extent in certain cases curative  purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• While Go Fur Real Nutrition adheres to the highest standards of clinical pet nutrition, the information and recommendations provided may not address every individual pet’s specific needs. Consult a veterinarian for any concerns about your pet’s health or dietary requirements.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment for diet plans and courses must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Services are non-refundable once the plan is created and shared.
• If the client fails to adhere to the meal plan or withholds relevant information, the plan will be considered null and void, and no refund will be provided.
• Diet plans are made for specific pets and should only be used for the pet it was created for. Payment for one diet plan is not transferable to a different pet or party.
• No refunds will be provided for unused consultations or services.

8. Scheduling and Communication Policy

• Follow-up Zoom calls must be scheduled at least one week in advance.
• No calls or messages will be entertained outside of work hours (11 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday).

9. Delivery Timeline

• Meal plans may take up to 10 working days to prepare.
• Lifetime plans may take up to 15 working days to complete.
• Clients are requested not to rush the process to ensure quality and accuracy.

10. Nature of Services

• Our meal plans are supportive and not curative. They are designed to provide nutritional guidance tailored to your pet’s specific needs.
• We do not replace or act as a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your veterinarian for medical concerns.
• Pets with clinical health issues have to opt for the clinical plans, they cannot opt for non-clinical plans such as adult maintenance, weight management, growth, senior, or long-term plans.

11. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information, including health records, test results, and dietary preferences, to ensure appropriate recommendations.
• Implementing the meal plans as directed is the client’s responsibility. Deviations from the plan may affect the intended outcomes.
• Pets must be monitored closely for any adverse reactions, and any concerns must be immediately communicated to both the pet nutritionist and veterinarian.

12. Limitations of Liability Go Fur Real Nutrition will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use our Website or services.
• Any errors or omissions in the content provided.
• External factors affecting the Website’s availability or performance.
