Plan Revisions

The plan offers unlimited revisions and edits throughout the One year period, allowing for adjustments based on your pet’s changing health, recovery progress, and updated medical reports. This adaptability ensures the meal plan evolves alongside your pet’s needs, providing optimal nutritional support as they respond to treatment and dietary changes.

Consultations

The package includes 48 consultations in total, with four 30-minute sessions per month. These weekly consultations allow for regular communication, addressing questions, offering personalised guidance, and closely monitoring your pet’s progress to ensure their health and recovery remain on track.

Alternative Medicine Support

• Incorporates prescription homeopathic remedies, Bach flower remedies, biochemical tissue salts, herbs, supplements, and topical applications to support recovery.

Zoom Walkthrough for Plan and Revisions

• The plan includes a 30-minute Zoom session to explain details, address queries, and guide implementation.
• Screen sharing is utilised for clarity, with PC or tablet access recommended (mobile access is also supported).

Transition Support and Monitoring

• Includes one week of guided transition support for every plan revision.
• Daily updates, including stool pictures and summaries of behavioural and physical responses, are required to ensure optimal adjustments.

Emergency Support

• An emergency contact number is provided for urgent situations. This service is strictly for emergencies.

Our Process

Step 1: Health Assessments

To develop a tailored clinical meal plan, we require:

1. Blood Tests: Full-panel Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), Liver Function Test (LFT), and Lipid Profile.
2. Condition-Specific Reports: Submit recent diagnostic reports and your vet’s prescription, including clear photos of medication labels.
3. Medical History: Upload detailed records of any pre-existing health conditions.
4. Recent Photos: Provide high-quality images of your dog in the following positions:
   • Side profile (stacked)
   • Top view
   • Headshot

Step 2: Application Submission

After purchasing the plan, you will be redirected to an application form to upload all required documents and images. Ensure all submissions are accurate and up-to-date.

Step 3: Plan Delivery

Your customised clinical meal plan will be delivered within 1–7 working days, depending on your dog’s health condition and urgency.

• All plans, recipes, and materials are copyrighted and intended solely for personal use.
• Sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

No Refunds

• Plans are non-refundable once shared. However, we are available for clarifications and support via email.

Feeding Adherence

• Only the prescribed meals and food should be provided to your dog. Deviating from the plan may nullify its benefits and void the purchase agreement.

Novel Proteins

• Pet owners must be open to including novel protein sources, as these may be necessary for specific health conditions.
