Our Process

Step 1: Health Assessments

To ensure precision and optimal results, we require the following:

• Blood Tests: Full-panel Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), and Liver Function Test (LFT).
• Medical History: Upload detailed records of any pre-existing conditions.
• Photos of Your Dog: Provide high-quality images in the following positions:
  • Side profile (stacked)
  • Top view
  • Headshot

Step 2: Application Submission

Once you’ve selected your plan and completed payment, you’ll be redirected to an application form. Upload all required information, including health records and photos, to initiate the process.

Step 3: Plan Delivery

After receiving all necessary information, your customised meal plan will be created and delivered within 15 working days, ensuring the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
