• Each customised meal plan and recipe includes a comprehensive nutrition analysis, ensuring you and your veterinarian can fully understand the benefits of the diet. By providing detailed information on nutritional values, we empower your vet to evaluate the plan’s compatibility with any ongoing treatments or health conditions. This transparency gives you peace of mind, knowing your pet is receiving optimal, balanced nutrition tailored to their specific needs

Two-Week Follow-Up

• Transition guidance to help your dog adjust to the new diet.
• Monitoring stool quality and overall response to the diet during the transition period.

One Complimentary Consultation

• A 20-minute Zoom consultation to address any additional questions or concerns.
• Consultations must be scheduled at least one week in advance.

Zoom Plan Walkthrough

• Once your plan is ready, we will schedule a Zoom session to walk you through the details and address any immediate queries.
• Screen sharing will be utilised for better understanding, and logging in via a PC or tablet is recommended (mobile access is also supported).

Our Process

Step 1: Health Assessments

To create a meal plan tailored to your dog’s needs, we require:

• Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), and Liver Function Test (LFT): These full-panel tests are mandatory, regardless of visible health conditions, to ensure an accurate understanding of your dog’s internal health.
• Medical History: If your dog has a pre-existing health condition, detailed records must be provided.
• Recent Photos: Clear, high-quality images of your dog in the following positions:
  • Side profile
  • Top view
  • Headshot

Step 2: Application Submission

After selecting Clicking the buy plan button below and making the payment, you’ll be redirected to an application form. All health records, photos, and other required information must be uploaded here. Please ensure all submissions are accurate, detailed, and up-to-date.

Step 3: Plan Delivery

Once all required information is received, we will develop your dog’s customised meal plan. Plans are delivered within 7–10 working days, reflecting the time and effort required to create a high-quality, tailored solution.

Our Commitment to Science-Based Nutrition

• Evidence-Based Approach: All our meal plans are rooted in science, not anecdotal theories. We do not support diets based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), ketogenic diets, or ancestral feeding approaches.
• Dogs Are Not Wolves: Dogs have evolved distinct dietary needs, including the ability to digest carbohydrates effectively, unlike wolves. For instance, dogs possess 30 pairs of genes for amylase production (a carb-digesting enzyme), while wolves only have four. Feeding dogs like wolves ignores their unique genetic makeup and nutritional requirements.

• Intellectual Property Protection: All meal plans, recipes, cookbooks, journals, and other materials are copyrighted and are our intellectual property.Sharing these materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• No Refunds: Plans are non-refundable once they are created and shared.
• Emergency Support. An emergency contact number will be provided for urgent situations. Please use this strictly for emergencies.
