• This plan is applicable till your pet reaches the optimal weight, once that is achieved his will move to a  maintenance plan (maintenance plan is not included in this subscription).

Plan Change or Revision

• Comes with one complimentary plan revision, applicable until your dog reaches their optimal weight.

Zoom Walkthrough for Plan and Revision

• Each plan and revision includes a 30-minute Zoom session to review details, answer queries, and explain updates.
• Screen sharing will be utilised for clarity, with access recommended via a PC or tablet (mobile access also supported).

Transition Support and Monitoring

• One week of guided transition support every time the meal plan is revised.
• Pet parents are required to share updates, including stool photos and a detailed summary of the dog’s response during the transition period.

Emergency Support

• An emergency contact number is provided for urgent situations. Please use this strictly for emergencies.

Our Process

Step 1: Health Assessments

To create a tailored meal plan, we require the following:

1. Blood Tests: Full-panel Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), Liver Function Test (LFT), and Lipid Profile are mandatory, regardless of visible health conditions.
2. Medical History: Upload detailed records of any pre-existing health conditions.
3. Recent Photos: Provide clear, high-quality images of your dog in the following positions:
   • Side profile (stacked)
   • Top view
   • Headshot

Step 2: Application Submission

After purchasing the plan, you’ll be redirected to an application form to upload all required documents and photos. Ensure all submissions are accurate and up-to-date.

Step 3: Plan Delivery

Your customised weight management meal plan will be delivered within 7–10 working days, reflecting the care and precision required to create a high-quality, personalised plan.
