Step 1: Health Assessments
To develop a tailored clinical meal plan, we require:
- Blood Tests: Full-panel Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), Liver Function Test (LFT), and Lipid Profile.
- Condition-Specific Reports: Submit recent diagnostic reports and your vet’s prescription, including clear photos of medication labels.
- Medical History: Provide detailed records of any pre-existing health conditions.
- Recent Photos: Submit high-quality images of your cat in the following positions:
- Side profile
- Top view
- Headshot
Step 2: Application Submission
After purchasing the plan, you’ll be redirected to an application form to upload all required documents and images. Please ensure all submissions are accurate and up-to-date.
Step 3: Plan Delivery
Your customised clinical meal plan will be delivered within 1–7 working days, depending on your cat’s health condition and urgency.
