By providing detailed information on nutritional values, we empower your vet to evaluate the plan’s compatibility with any ongoing treatments or health conditions. This transparency gives you peace of mind, knowing your pet is receiving optimal, balanced nutrition tailored to their specific needs

Two-Week Follow-Up

• Transition guidance to ensure your cat adapts smoothly to the new diet.
• Monitoring stool quality and overall response to the dietary changes during the transition period.

One Complimentary Consultation

• A 20-minute Zoom consultation to address any additional questions or concerns.
• Consultations must be booked at least one week in advance.

Zoom Plan Walkthrough

• Once the plan is ready, we will schedule a Zoom session to guide you through the details and answer any immediate queries.
• Screen sharing will be used for better understanding, and we recommend accessing the session via a PC or tablet (mobile devices are also supported).

Our Process

Step 1: Health Assessments

To create a meal plan tailored to your cat’s needs, we require:

• Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), and Liver Function Test (LFT): These full-panel tests are mandatory, regardless of visible health conditions, to gain an accurate understanding of your cat’s internal health.
• Medical History: If your cat has any pre-existing health conditions, detailed records must be provided.
• Recent Photos: High-quality images of your cat in the following positions:
  • Side profile
  • Top view
  • Headshot

Step 2: Application Submission

After clicking the "Buy Plan" button and making payment, you’ll be redirected to an application form. Upload all required health records, photos, and information during this step. Please ensure that all submissions are accurate, detailed, and current.

Step 3: Plan Delivery

Once all required information is received, we will craft your cat’s customized meal plan. Plans are delivered within 7–10 working days, reflecting the time and care invested in creating a high-quality, tailored solution.

Our Commitment to Science-Based Nutrition

Evidence-Based Approach

• All meal plans are rooted in proven science and adhere to AAFCO guidelines. We do not create diets based on anecdotal theories or unsupported trends like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), ketogenic diets, or ancestral feeding methods.

Cats Are Obligate Carnivores

• Domestic cats have unique dietary requirements, distinct from other species. Their bodies are biologically designed to thrive on meat-based diets, and plant-based ingredients are only included if medically necessary. Feeding cats diets that ignore their obligate carnivorous nature can compromise their health.

Important Policies

Intellectual Property Protection: All meal plans, recipes, cookbooks, journals, and other materials are our intellectual property. Sharing these materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

No Refunds: Plans are non-refundable once they are created and shared.

Emergency Support: An emergency contact number will be provided for urgent situations. Please use this strictly for emergencies.
