Two-Week Follow-Up

• Transition guidance to help your senior cat adjust smoothly to the new diet.
• Monitoring stool quality, energy levels, and overall response to ensure the plan is effective and well-tolerated.

One Complimentary Consultation

• A 20-minute Zoom consultation to address any additional questions or concerns.
• Consultations must be scheduled at least one week in advance for personalised support.

Zoom Plan Walkthrough

• A detailed Zoom session to review your cat’s meal plan and answer any immediate queries.
• Screen sharing is used for enhanced understanding, with PC or tablet access recommended (mobile access is also supported).

Our Process

Step 1: Health Assessments

To create a precise and tailored plan, we require:

1. Blood Tests: Full-panel Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), and Liver Function Test (LFT) to evaluate your cat’s internal health.
2. Medical History: Documentation of any pre-existing health conditions.
3. Recent Photos: Clear images of your cat, including:
   • Side profile
   • Top view
   • Headshot

Step 2: Application Submission

After purchasing a plan, you’ll be redirected to an application form where you can upload all required documents and images. Please ensure submissions are accurate and up-to-date.

Step 3: Plan Delivery

Once all required information is received, your customised meal plan for your senior cat will be developed and delivered within 7–10 working days, reflecting the care and attention given to crafting a high-quality solution.

Our meal plans are founded on scientific research, not anecdotal practices or trends. We do not endorse diets based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), ketogenic approaches, or ancestral feeding methods, as these do not align with the unique needs of modern cats.

Senior Cats Are Obligate Carnivores

As obligate carnivores, cats rely on animal-based proteins and essential nutrients, such as taurine, to thrive. With ageing, they may require adjustments in their diet, including higher-quality protein sources, specific fats, and targeted supplementation to maintain muscle mass, organ health, and energy levels.
