• Detailed nutrition analysis for each plan, providing clear insights into your cat’s diet.
• Enables your veterinarian to assess the diet’s compatibility with ongoing treatments or specific health needs.
• Gives you peace of mind, knowing your cat’s diet is nutritionally complete and balanced.

Two-Week Follow-Up

• Transition guidance to help your cat adapt smoothly to the new diet.
• Monitoring stool quality, behaviour, and overall response to ensure the plan is effective and well-tolerated.

Complimentary Consultations

• Four 20-minute Zoom consultations to address any additional queries or concerns.
• Sessions can be booked with at least one week’s notice for personalised support.

Zoom Plan Walkthrough

• A comprehensive Zoom session to explain your cat’s plan and answer any immediate questions.
• Screen sharing for better clarity, with PC or tablet access recommended (mobile access is also supported).

Our Process

Step 1: Health Assessments

To create a precise, customised plan, we require:

1. Blood Tests: Full-panel Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), and Liver Function Test (LFT) to assess your cat’s internal health.
2. Medical History: Detailed documentation of any pre-existing health conditions.
3. Recent Photos: Clear images of your cat, including:
   • Side profile
   • Top view
   • Headshot

Step 2: Application Submission

Once you purchase a plan, you’ll be redirected to an application form. Upload all required documents and images to initiate the process. Ensure submissions are accurate and complete.

Step 3: Plan Delivery

After receiving all necessary information, your cat’s customised meal plan will be created and delivered within 7–10 working days, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

Our Commitment to Science-Based Nutrition

Evidence-Based Approach

We create meal plans that are backed by scientific research, not anecdotal theories or trends. We do not endorse feeding practices such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), ketogenic diets, or ancestral diets, as they do not reflect the unique dietary requirements of domestic cats.

Cats Are Obligate Carnivores

Cats require animal-based proteins and essential nutrients, such as taurine and arachidonic acid, which cannot be obtained from plant-based sources. Our meal plans prioritise these species-specific needs, ensuring a biologically appropriate diet that supports your cat’s health and vitality.

• Sharing materials with third parties is prohibited and may result in legal action.

No Refunds

• Meal plans are non-refundable once they are created and delivered.
