- Screen sharing will be used for clarity, with access recommended via a PC or tablet (mobile access is also supported).
Transition Support and Monitoring
- Includes one week of guided support to help your cat transition to the new diet.
- Pet parents are required to share updates, including stool photos and a summary of the cat’s response during the transition period.
Emergency Support
- An emergency contact number is provided for urgent situations. Please use this strictly for emergencies.

- Blood Tests: Full-panel Complete Blood Count (CBC), Kidney Function Test (KFT), Liver Function Test (LFT), and Lipid Profile to evaluate your cat’s internal health.
- Medical History: Upload detailed records of any pre-existing health conditions.
- Recent Photos: Provide clear, high-quality images of your cat in the following positions:
- Side profile
- Top view
- Headshot
Step 2: Application Submission
After purchasing the plan, you’ll be redirected to an application form to upload all required documents and photos. Please ensure all submissions are accurate and up-to-date.
Step 3: Plan Delivery
Your customised weight management meal plan will be delivered within 7–10 working days, reflecting the care and precision needed to create a high-quality, personalised plan.
